Refunds & Cancellation

Refunds and Cancellations Policy 

 

1. Cancellations

You may cancel your service request at any time. However, please note the following:

- If you cancel your service request within 24 hours of making the payment, you will receive a 50% refund. 

- If you cancel your service request after 24 hours of making the payment, no refund will be provided.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. UPI payment methods are allowed and so will be refunds.

 

3. Service Issues

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will review your complaint and strive to provide a satisfactory resolution. 

 

4. Late or Missed Appointments

If you are late for your appointment, it may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your counselor will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your counselor and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

 

5. Changes to the Refunds and Cancellations Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refunds and Cancellations Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
