Bhagyashree is a Certified Career Analyst who is passionately committed to making career awareness accessible, affordable, and feasible in rural India. She holds a certification, at the age of 22, from the CCA Program accredited by BCPA, India, and ACCPH, UK, and uses her expertise to guide and inspire individuals, especially those from rural areas, tier-2 and tier-3 cities, who are grappling with career choices.

In addition to her work in career counselling, Bhagyashree has also served in the Department of Posts since the age of 20 as a GDS ABPM for 3 years in Rajasthan. Her commitment is unwavering, and her belief in her people is unshakeable. Bhagyashree is also a published author, having released her first collection of poetries, titled "The Cocoon," at the age of 21.

Her mission is to be the guiding star for individuals who are stressed, confused, frustrated, and unaware of opportunities, and to assist them in making informed career decisions.
